Steven, one of the employees just happened to be there on a Sunday when the office was closed, and was a godsend for me. He helped me get a broken off key fragment out of the lock and applied WD-40 to the locking mechanism and since I had a 2nd key with me I was able to gain access to my unit without cutting the lock or calling a locksmith on Superbowl Sunday Thank You Steven you are an awesome person and employee. Kudos to you my friend!!!

Great storage facility... Super friendly manager and very competitive prices. Nice wide roads between buildings and plenty of RV storage if needed. Also offer free moving truck for new renters.
Horrible storage place!! Our enclosed trailer was broken into and things stolen out of it. The manger/owner is extremely unprofessional as well. He yelled at me for almost 5 minutes over the phone because we used the dumpster once. Would not recommend to anyone.
