We went to get new string for a guitar I received for Christmas. Both Gentlemen were so helpful and welcoming even though I'm a beginner. They were so kind and encouraging that I wound up purchasing another smaller bodied guitar because it just fit better! I got great personalized service. I highly recommend this shop!

Worste place ever to rent from. Oh sure the employees appear to be helpful but are not! We built up a 700 credit and wanted to buy a flute. The nice employee said she would help us find a flute but kindly waited until our credit expired so we would have to pay full price. Yes, we went to the manager but her e-mails are so out of date and disorganized that she couldn't find us an answer. Oh, and based on their reviews they pay to have the bad ones removed. So, I'm sure I'll still have no resolution on my issue and no one will be made aware of how they like to wait until your \credits\ on your rented instruments have expired. Shake my head. Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Unresolving. GO TO ANOTHER STORE!!!!! 1 star is generous.
