Neat, organized store. Lots of variety to choose from. A few items priced a little high, but many item reasonably priced. Staff very helpful, courteous. Bought nice pair of black ankle boots!

Excellent excellent location! This is how every Nordstrom rack should really operate when I think about it. The shoe area is clean, the bathrooms are spotless virtually. The women’s wear and menswear are properly and neatly in order. The men’s sock wall is pretty big too haha! The change rooms are not in disarray and they staff here seems pretty accommodating. One gentleman went out of his way to give me a hand looking for my size which was nice for a change. Great job everyone keep up the great work

The place for cheaper name brands and Nordstrom's version of Marshalls/TJ Maxx... Trendy clothes discounted from original tags so bargains are in the eyes/wallets of the shopper ( mostly female)

Terrible customer service. Wanted to get a set that was on clearance and missing one piece of underwear so I requested a price adjustment on it to take it at a fair priceand they were clueless and useless about a simple price adjustment and not to honor the client the merchandise price adjustment so they prefered not to sell it to me. Pathetic and mediocre store team.

I came in here with a pair of Nike Sweats that I had purchased at a different location and I had lost my receipt I kept meaning to take them in and exchange them since they didn't fit quite right... I wasn't sure if they would even be able to let me exchange or get store credit bc of my pack of proof of purchase! I hadn't even used an Email! I received some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in a long time! One employee refused to let me go without trying every way possible to make me happy! Then the manager took the time to go to the back and look up my purchase at a different location with only the tags and an approximate date of purchase! I am not even sure if she did find it but she was super respectful and patient and let me get store credit and the young man who first helped me also had me sign up for rewards and apologized probably 20 times! Anyways I'm not good at shortening these stories but I was super impressed with the service I received! Especially since the employees were both very young! Great service, location and variety! Love this store
