Please take a second and read all the reviews before you schedule an appointment. (I wish I would have done this first) You will notice that there is a new receptionist about every 6 months. I'm not sure if this is due to her cold shoulder attitude but I am going to assume that it is. The first visit I had with her was absolutely horrible. She was extremely rude and very condescending. I had to do a follow up appointment with her, so I brought my husband with me. He was shocked at how she was speaking to me as well. I should have just turned around and found a new Dr. I did try to call a couple of other Dr's in the valley but they were booked up for at least two months out. So I felt like I was stuck. I stuck around for several years because it was just easier to have the 4 min conversation with her every 3 months rather than have to start all the paper work with a new Dr. She does not take the time to listen or understand what your symptoms are. She also has the authority to charge what ever she wants for visits. One visit she charges me 40, the next visit it was 120. I asked why and she said that it was because it was a more in detailed visit, she had to increase my prescription. I understood that even though the visit was 2 min's longer (6 min) I was charged 80 more. The next visit was 60. However today.... Among the chaos of the world today, the visit was a going to be done over the phone and my charge was going to be 120. No rhyme or reason as to why. The receptionist was nice enough and said that if the Dr. decides to change the insurance code then I would get a refund. Called around to several Dr's and found another Dr that will be able to get me in. So thankful I no longer have to go to this Dr.

After seeing another Dr at a different practice for several years, coming to this office has been a refreshing experience to say the least. Firstly, they answered the phone when I called! Ally at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone and in person. I found Dr Rassiwala to be very easy to talk to - she answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I am so glad to have found this office!
