First lady that helped me out was very nice he was a younger lady very nice respectful the other older lady who charge me you're taking me out after I unload it was very rude I went over my budget which was 40 so so she made me go back put the concrete back in my trailer would you find whatever but still let me see I told her I have 40 cash and I got ten bucks on my card she said she couldn't do that so after I loaded concrete back in my trailer I still had to pay a difference which she took my 40 cash and ran my card so it was pointless

I only visited once and, in my experience, it was great! The two ladies I dealt with were very courteous and attentive. WWD is ethical with their prices and keep the place very clean and organized. It was all a smooth process. Thank you Weinberger Waste Disposal team!

This is a pretty awesome Waste transfer Site. Extremely clean (considering) and a very nice staff. The prices are reasonable. I’m happy I found this place. I have been here multiple times over the past year so I reserved several experiences before writing this review. The only thing I can see to possibly need improvement is the signage. Upon my first visit I recall seeking signs. Pulling a 24 ft trailer leaded with thousands of pounds of waste my anxiety was a bit elevated and I remember being fairly confused as to where to go and which line to be in. Fortunately after a few questions to the lady at the window I was able to easily be directed. Although to the General Public I can see them being overwhelmed. I typically try to come during slower times because it takes a while to unload for us. Upon my last visit what I thought would be a slow time (doesn’t show on google the slow times for some reason) it was packed to the street. Getting in and dumping was about a 20 minute wait but upon trying to reweigh out was difficult. I had to completely leave the dump drive around the block to turn around then I was stuck in the turn lane because no one would let me in. I was forced to go back into Cooper turn around again then wait in line on the street. This was quite the ordeal but not in any way the businesses fault. Just a heads up for people pulling big trailers. I’m giving five stars because this business is clean (again considering.) The staff is courteous and that’s hard to find these days. I see they make a good effort to make things convenient. The prices are extremely reasonable. The biggest one is I don’t have to power wash my truck and trailer after a visit !!!
