They canceled the first appointment. Supposedly due to rain. But the rain stopped 15 minutes after Jose called to cancel. it all dried out and hasn't rained since. But their worker was on time for the second appointment. If I knew he was going to leave deep scratches and paint smudged off on both sides of the metal where the windshield glass slides in; or if I knew he wasn't going to center the rubber moulding and leave it loose at both ends where it ends I would of never tipped him 20.00. Terrible job replacing my windshield. They also said they use the exact same glass on the windshield as the original but they don't. Because it covers the top part of the Vin Number and cant be read properly any longer. And the black around the windshield is a lot less then the original hadf. This is what I get for going to a second rate auto glass repair place just to save money. It's my own fault I should of went to the dealer instead. The extra money would of been worth it having a new auto still look new. Oh and I hear some slight air sound coming from the driver side when I'm driving on the highway. Same area where more rubber is sticking out and not properly evened out. Although the glass does have a slight greenish tint like the original. All in all I wouldn't recommend these people too my worst enemy. I can't see them having a rating of 5 stars. It must be their own employees writing the good comments for themselves.

I have no words for how amazing this company is. A huge picture window in my living room broke four days before I was having an open house. (My house is on the market). I knew that there was a VERY slim chance I'd have the window fixed by then, but the Glass Doctors installers, and Melissa, who works in their office, went above and beyond for me. After working all day, the guys were kind enough to fit me into their busy schedule just to accommodate my open house, and completed the project perfectly DAYS ahead of schedule. Their dedication to their customers, professionalism, and affordability are truly second to none. I'd recommend them over and over again!!!!!

These guys are amazing. I needed a new windshield for my jeep. I was quoted over 400 at another venue. The price for these guys was 257 which is almost half and they came to the house to do the work. They were done in like 25 minutes. I highly recommend this service.
I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. It was absolutely a great expirience dealing with them. Polite, courteous, professional and reasonably priced ! Would recommend to everyone.
Professional from the very beginning and everything went smooth. The price beat out the competition as well as the customer service. They took the time to answer a few questions after the estimate so that I could make sure I was comparing them to another company correctly (the other company I was dealing with hung up on me when I asked the same question!). I would definitely hire them again and recommend to everyone.
Jake fixed my irreparable Volvo window with ease! My C70 convertible passenger window was "off track" and no one could diagnose or fix the problem. Jake got it going again in no time.
