I love it but they don't have a lot of variety of shoes or don't have our size.

I went on a snow day . The shelfs weren't stocked as usual but the staff was on point and courteous. They usual get new stock everyday.

Today 6/7/20 I drove here to the DTLR store NOT the outlet at 3:30 i seen a short line so I was happy because I knew I could get my child some things until one girl came out and told me the line ends after a man who was maybe the 8th person in line, so I Patiently waited until the line got was done to see if I can get in because today is my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to get her a pair shoes and an outfit to make her day being though stores were closed for so long and I was told we’re not letting people in 4:15 comes and two people walked up and they allowed them to go in and wen I got to the door to say I was waiting and you told me no she then locked the door and walked away, so I sat on my car and the security guard called the manager and spoke to her maybe 3-4 times for me because she said it’s not right that I stood outside that long and wasn’t allowed in but still was allowing people to come in that walked up , And again the security tried to help me but they were ignoring the manager request, I worked for shoe city years ago and what I witnessed and had to deal with was employees allowing their friends and family in before customers who been waiting . So from the time she told me the line ends here (3:30) I watched them let in about 8 other people in while i stood in the sun hoping I could get my child her outfit and pretty much rode the clock from 4:15 til 4:50 wen I finally decided to leave. This is out of control and not fair at all to those who drove a long way to deal with such unprofessional employees. And corporate will here about this. I had to be really upset to write a review while in the car In front of the store.. you guys need to do something about the two female employees who did this.
