I was asked for a zoom interview for a position with them. After the person representing KCW finished talking, i proceed to answer her questions. She immediately started multitasking the whole time i was speaking with absolutely no eye contact. (Whether at home or in the office; typing on the computer, blocking the interviewing screen with a cartoon picture and checking your voicemails on speaker during a live interview is not acceptable and very rude to the person who's doing the talking). I would hate to see the in-person results! No wonder i wasnt chosen SHE had no clue who i was! I will never recommend this company to candidates.

Called for a survey so I can build a new fence. I was then forwarded to someone to assist me. Upon hearing how large my property is (approx 15000 sqft). They then directed me to Kings Point Survey which has some questionable reviews. I would not recommend a company that does not have the time of day for potential customers or would refer a customer to a business of questionable repute.

This company may be grand, however, they never responded to our inquiry. Perhaps, it went to spam. At any rate, if a company can't manage inquiries about business, then that doesn't bode well moving forward. When consumers are looking for into about a company's services having to work to get a response is unnecessary. We will take our money elsewhere while appreciating that it could be an anomaly for a company w/such high reviews. Thanks

I was hired and promised constant work and on my 1 year mark I was layed off after being told roughly a month before I was \safe\ not to worry after they layed off other workers
