We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert from the Chadds Ford Fireside Shop. The entire process was perfect. Great service at the store from our salesman, Darien, and perfect execution by the installation team. Our neighborhood recently received gas service but we only had service to the exterior of the house. The Fireside team had to coordinate getting service into the house - which included permits from our County (made more difficult by COVID) - along with coordination with the Power Company installing a meter. Everything was done flawlessly, and now we are enjoying the Mendota insert. What a terrific product. Not only is it great looking, it produces far more heat than we ever expected. I highly recommend The Fireside Shop and the Mendota fireplace insert!

Alex & Eric truly exceeded my expectations. I had a custom stainless steel fireplace frame installed on a real wood burning fireplace with stone tile surround and it is truly spectacular! After visiting several other places, they were the only ones that were able to create exactly the modern look I was seeking! Professional, informative, friendly and fast.
