I typically dread going to the dealership, but my visit to Mini of Glencoe changed that. My Mini was in for service and Ryan made the process so painless. He was communicative and friendly, the tech provided regular video updates (so cool), and Mini of Glencoe worked with me on a reasonable fix for my car (without pushing unnecessary services). I was bummed when my local dealership closed, but Mini of Glencoe was worth the drive!

Not only was Mini of Glencoe was quick to respond to my inquiry about a new Mini Countryman, Michael McGuire was quite possibly the best salesman to work with. He was patient with me and showed me options of exactly what I was looking for. He was also very laid back and easy to talk to rather than pushy. Because of him, I was able to find the perfect car at a great price with minimal effort! Definitely recommended for your next car purchase.
