So... I got an entrapment ticket in Surprise Arizona TWELVE years ago. I'm in the military and was stationed at Fort Bragg North Carolina at the time, so it's not worth a 2000 mile trip to fight it in court. I paid the fine. Fast forward to today and I'm trying to get a drivers license in a new state. Arizona won't give the local DMV some sort of release, therefore not allowing them to issue me a license. In the past decade I'm attained licenses' in multiple states and countries and even attained a Class A. So I then call Arizona to find out what the problem was. Apparently there is a reinstatement fee. I owe the extortion charge of 10.00. I was told over a decade ago that I was good to go. I've never even had a driver's license issued by Arizona. I thought paying the bogus fine was my way of paying for the crime. It has been a day and it still has not updated in the system. 2 hours driving in total and I still do not have a local driver's license. I was very nice to the representative, but I did express how broken their system seemed to be. The whole process was like a scam call. They text you a code and you put credit card information in WHILE they still have you on the phone... P.S: The officer that pulled me over looked like he was on drugs.

My trip to the dmv during the pandemic was better than when it was fully open. Appointment only. I was in and out with all the info I needed in 20 minutes. The information attendant and the clerk that helped me were friendly and quick.
This was the easiest, fastest, and thoroughly organized process I have experienced.
I have been dealing with his place for 2month on getting a duplicate copy for my truck. I been getting ran in circles by the staff and their "website" which never gets me but an unloadble link to anything. They have no way of calling in , and with the "corna virus" excuse they refuse to let me do walk-in,
Terrible location they dnt care about you here . The reps here dnt help very rude Unsafe they have you put ur social# on the paper while ur in line very unsafe people can steal ur info that easy here !
