Lida Rostami is the worst worker ever, she never follows up and it’s more like she intentionally wants to cut all your benefit while you’re completely qualify. She is a bad human being I need such an unfortunate people like her have a job there. If anyone from the county can see this please contact me
My workers name is Lida Rostami and she NEVER call me back and it has been 4 months since I’m 100% qualified for my Cal fresh food stamp account but she’s keep ignoring me and her supervisors all also don’t care how many times I call and ask for help. What a s**ty people working there.
Horrible customer service; after waiting on the phone for 50 minutes, it took additional 25 minutes just to change my address.
Been given my workers number, kid you not I called 20 times because my case is pending due to my worker not contacting me to give me further instructions to proceed, I'm pregnant I have no medical I can't make doctor appointments because my worker is not on it ! So frustrating
