Although I did not have the opportunity to choose to be seen by Dr. Charles due to the fact that I was admitted after a trauma/car accident my experience with him, my procedure as well as his staff was very professional bordering on amazing! I am very lucky that he was on call when I was airlifted to the hospital. I have had a very good recovery and nothing but pleasant experiences when dealing with office staff and himself. Dr. Charles has not only been knowledgeable and very professional but very kind also. I have never felt rushed when I’ve had a question and have always received a quick response when I’ve had to call in and ask for help. Dr. Charles has the most wonderful bedside manner I have ever experienced. He has made a very difficult experience much easier.

My family has had Dr Charles do many surgies and is GREAT!!
I was having gall bladder issues. Before went to the office, it was a weekend had the pain that was so bad. Called the office, he was on call. Advised me to go to Banner Thunderbird er but also told me that i was not going home. He did my surgery the next morning. He was so polite and made it easy for me. Great dr and surgeon.
