This is one of the few great service interactions I've had in Glendale. This man is quick, thorough, and a joy to speak to. He makes you feel welcome and respects your timeline. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and recommend it to everyone I know.

Tried to overcharge me and then told me that my vehicle failed the Smog test. I brought my vehicle to my mechanic right afterwards and they were suspicious of the paperwork. I took it to another Smog place and it passed without any issues.

My dad recommended this place. The smog check itself was fairly quick and the pricing is clearly displayed and a decent price. My only caveat is the man who was working today was a little slow in assisting me or even letting me know that he'll be a moment. There were a lot of older men roaming around, so it was unclear who was working where as there are 3 or 4 businesses sharing the same lot in the same category (automotive). So there were several guys walking around, including the man who would be performing the smog check but no one asked if they could be of assistance, even though I asked a few people where to go and they just pointed to which door I should go to). So while their customer service could use a little work, once the gentleman acknowledged that he saw me waiting he was able to give me an estimate of time of how long it would take and he was really nice after Speedy service (the smog check, not so much the customer service).
