AMAZING!!!!! Best experience I’ve ever had at any car dealership! I purchased a used Chrysler and first of all the car is is outstanding condition. The dealership was clean and well maintained. Aside from having a great selection of vehicles, the staff were fantastic and explained everything to me along the way. Bobby & Carlos helped me from beginning to end. They were both kind, responsive, and made the whole experience less stressful. They treat you like a good friend there! If you go in, ask for Carlos, he was amazing!

My husband & I went into this dealership due to being interested in something new (I had a 2014 Ford Focus I traded in) Right away Greeted by Rose very friendly & welcoming. We looked at a few & i personally feel in love with this. I'm now a proud owner of a Jeep. Both Rose & Michael helped us get into this 2020 Jeep Cherokee with no money down & an amazing APR. Every time I go to this dealership I’m greeted right away and asked if I’ve been helped. Everyone there makes you feel like you’re the MVP! I want to especially mention Cheri Shea for doing an outstanding job at not only calling you to give updates on your vehicle but she is also very knowledgeable about your vehicle’s needs. And a very special mention to Porter Manny! He did such an awesome job detailing my truck and he not only brought me home while my truck was being worked on but when it was done he delivered it to me at my house! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership if you’re looking for a vehicle! You will not be disappointed!

Like many others, we had a horrific experience here. After emailing for days back and forth with TJ, we were guaranteed a price but only if we could stop in that day to close. So in good faith we made the trip out and upon arrival they had no idea what we were talking about. The car wasn't even wiped down or on when we came so it was obvious that their online sales people are not communicating with the in person team. After about 30 minutes of catching the in person salesman's up to speed and we get up to leave, she brings the Manager \Tom\ or actually maybe it was \Bob\ or \John\ (very forgettable face) and he proceeded to yell at the very top of his voice while seated maybe 2 feet away from our faces. This type of overkill and blatant toxic masculinity is exactly why car dealerships like this are becoming non existent and being replaced by online companies. Bottom line is that the Manager admitted to my husband and I that he was going to try and Mark up something to make his money and that it would probably be the money factor. My husband kindly asked him to just run his numbers again but this time with the correct price of the car and not the marked up numbers and he refused, yelled further, acted like a caged barbarian and then after being proven wrong multiple times by my husband he walked out on us without making any type negotiation. This guys negotiation or even finance/mathematical skills appear to be non existent. We left this dealership with him yelling at us \it's not that hard to buy a car\ as many people watched. Well, he's not wrong about that. Which is why we picked up and took home our Jeep from a lovely dealership that night after enduring this horror. And guess what, it wasn't that hard! Turns out it's only hard for a barbarian car salesman to try and scam decent people who have done their research. We will be sharing our experience with local media in case any locals want to know how this dealership treats women of color.
