I'd give this zero stars as of today. You need to reevaluate your employee selection. The employees are regularly rude and act inconvenienced to do their actual job. They seem to be more interested in closing the store early than actually running the store. Several times we have been there between 6 and 7pm and the lobby was already stacked with chairs and they were mopping with customers still in the store, which I find unsanitary and rude.They are constantly locking the doors and people think they are closed even though the signage posted doesn't say they are closed. I have been there trying to dine and the doors were locked and then an employee came to the door and acted surprised that the door was locked and let us in. I have been here on 2 other occasions where the door was locked and the hours said they were open. Tonight was one occasion. We pulled up and tried to go in and the door was locked at 610pm. We rang a bell on the door and an employee came out and they told us the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. This might be believable if we hadn't been locked out during business hours previously. The food has also been lackluster the past several times we've been able to dine in. I ordered the grilled cheese and it tasted like rancid oil once, another time it wasn't fresh bread, it was hard as a rock. Another time it didn't even have butter and wasn't grilled at all. I recently visited the location off the I10 and Ray Rd. It was open, the employees were friendly and the food was great unlike the 75th Ave location.

Their Raspberry Chicken Walnut salad is probably my favorite to go salad ever! The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The bread served on the side is great too. Kneaders never disappoints.
Cute little place...prices are good and so is the food. They also serve breakfast till 11am. Would definitely go back.
Great cafe!! Friendly associates, amazing bread pudding, prices decent for portion sizes. Offer a few tables outside, which is where we sat.
Perfection! From the moment we walked in it felt so cozy. The staff was super friendly and so very happy, also had a lot of energy for it being so early in the morning. The sourdough pancakes were top notch, honestly the best I've ever had and the caramel syrup was amazing. We also got a croissant with egg and bacon which was so fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back for breakfast again and can't wait to stop in for lunch!
