Looks very decent inside and out. Decent size yards for base housing.

Great experience with Balfour Beatty at Luke. They took care of maintenance issues fast and moving out was smooth and stress free.

Just buy or rent off base. If you’re ac goes out in the middle of summer I hope you like sweating. Because they don’t give or make any accommodations.

Horrible people.. truly blows my mind how much attitude, disregard for the military this company and employees are. Filthy homes, full of gophers and you will definetly get scammed one way or another. All they care about is money.

FIND A HOME OFF BASE! Seriously, anyone PCSing here needs to find a home off base. Electricity went out for 2-3 weeks last year in the dead of the summer, they didn't even pay for lost groceries, hotels or anything. My AC has went out over 5 times in 1 summer. Once for over 3 weeks because the part was "unavailable". They've replaced every major part on my AC Unit yet it still blows fuses, flips the breakers and goes out on a regular basis. My refrigerator is too large for my kitchen and I can't even use 4 of the cabinets/drawers near it. My dishwasher hits the oven every time I open it because they're both too large for their space as well. My husband is currently in Korea and I was helping a man who fainted face down in a river and lost my house keys, mailbox key, car keys, cell phone, debit card and my military ID. I called housing to get a replacement house key and mailbox key and they tell me it will take over 2 weeks because they're so short staffed. I tell them I need to check my mail because I have a new card being overnighted, they tell me to wait outside by the mailbox and hope the mailman allows me to grab my mail while he has it open. I have a full time job and the closest branch to my bank is over 45 minutes from my work, so have access to only "emergency funds" that I have stashed away. Hopefully enough money to support myself and 3 kids while I wait on a short staffed office to make a copy of a mailbox key so I can get my debit card to feed my family. I asked if I could borrow it just to open the mailbox, they said it's against policy. I asked if they could have someone open it for me, it's also against policy. Literally my only option is to wait 2 weeks for them to make a duplicate copy. This place is a joke and the housing and maintenance office here servicing Luke AFB Homes are careless and won't lift a finger to assist you, regardless of the situation. Heaven forbid I didn't have a spare house key to get myself into the house after losing mine.
