This office has been through some changes in the last year or two, and I think it’s getting better. Calling in has resulted in a long wait on hold, but again I think it’s better than it was. We see Dr Doan and she is an excellent physician. I do think she sometimes seems in a hurry, as if they have her too packed with patients. But we like Her otherwise.

From the receptionist to the technician and the doctor everyone was very friendly and respectful. Alexis explained the procedure very well, answered my questions and was very patience and kind. Kudos to the office for their social distancing in the lobby and their sanitizing procedures in their rooms. This review is for the downstairs area where I had a GI barium study different review for the upstairs where you get your mammograms done. The techs and the the doctors are friendly and courteous. My complaint goes to their scheduling area. I have been coming here for the last 3 years and EVERY TIME they don’t have my orders! Twice I had to reschedule, once I was confused by another patient and got the wrong results and today they told me they didn’t have my order, again! I did get upset today not going to lie but they do have to put more effort on this mostly because two weeks ago I stopped in person to give them my insurance information and to make sure they have my order for today (which they confirmed they did) I hope this really gets fixed, 3 times a charm!

This place is the worst. I've worked in Public Heath Administration for 12 years and never have i seen worse customer service. Pitiful. Almost a 3 hour wait for a scheduled X-ray.

They were running behind 2 hours. It would have been nice to have let us know they were running behind. Nothing was said. There are very few chairs due to Covid however it was very painful to stand that length of time. Once I was called back the gentleman that completed the test was very nice.

I went in for my 7am appointment i check in at 6:45am told her my name 7am appointment girl front office told me her computer not up yet told me to sit down she will call me back up i waited 45 minutes she never call me back up so I went back up there ask her when they going call me back she ask me what's my name I told her I check in at 6:45 told her my name already then she gave me Attitude not a good place go for your appointment i guess that how they treat Mexican there
