Worst service and payment options. All of my neighbors and nearby friends agree. Frustrating that we are STUCK with them. Witch at the counter has ZERO personality and she is extremely rude the minute you walk in EVERY single time I go in. At first I though it was me but I witnessed her be the same way to other coming in the door. One time therr was a service guy there I told him about my experiences and he said a lot people complain and he has no idea why they don't get rid of her.

Never an issue with service, but they definitely need better options for payment and customer service. I always feel like i am going to Govt office instead of private company. No where on the bill says their website to pay online. If i had option i would have definitely switched to another company.

Worst customer service ever. Guy came out to check my TDS levels. I gave him my E-Mail to let me know results. Never happened. Took all my hose fittings off and left them on ground. Did not hook back up the way i had it. Just rude personality. Will be reporting. The office staff is also very unprofessional and un knowledgeable. Will transfer you just so because they don't know their job. I don't know who owns this place but he has lost touch with employees. If we had a choice on utilities this guy would go broke. And the water quality is terrible.

FOR THOSE WANTING TO PAY ONLINE I'm a new customer and had a very difficult time registering, because it said my account number was wrong. What it also says was that it should have the proper number of zeroes before it. I have the initial payment email with my account number, but it's not complete. Example: if my account number was 12345, I just kept adding a 0 before until it finally recognized me. It eventually was 000012345 or whatever. Now I can do online payments.

If I can give negative stars it would be -5. This company charges a fee of 42 to turn your service back on after a missed payment the bill is sent out on a post card and the information on it never matched up to what the online payment system says. They also charge you 3 if you pay over the phone or online and once your shut off they aren't willing to work with you until you pay the shut off fee and what ever the past dues were. I'm the only one in my household that is able to work and we are a family of 6 that is barely able to get by. This company needs better customer service and better options for payments.
