This is the place to get appliances, electronics and more. Friendly helpful staff. Not sure how they do it but they match or beat any competitor, ever - always. They also have most appliance in stock and include free delivery. No fine print. They also accept some negotiating if you're buying multiple items or a matching set... wink wink. Once you visit, there is basically a mini-mall with an Apple and Microsoft store, a gigantic fish-tank aquarium and even an airplane. Upstairs the design center inspires you with many home upgrade ideas. We would shop here first and nowhere else, because we end up buying here every time...

We had Cancer Doctor appointments in the afternoon, and really really appreciated the early morning delivery. What a relief it was to see the truck pull up for delivery. Service as always was excellent. Ordered a washer and dryer over the phone. Delivery was scheduled for a week later. Communication was great, delivered as promised within the two hour window. Delivery men were professional, polite, and respectful of residence. Covered the floors, wore masks and explained the about the new appliances. Very smooth process from beginning to end. I began my purchase online, used the virtual chat to ask a few questions and finished the purchase over the phone with the sales rep I had been chatting with. My order was delivered the next week. My delivery time was earlier than expected due to some cancellations and driver called ahead to make sure I was able to accept the delivery early. They wore masks, worked quickly, answered all of my questions and were very polite. Great experience from start to finish.
