This is a truly Authentic Korean food experience. The staff was very pleasant, attentive, and exuded the Korean culture. I have lived in Korea and was married to a beautiful Korean woman for many years. This place really had me enjoying it. The food was really good although I question the kimchee jigae portion size as smaller than expected. My in laws in Korea said it looked better than what they have in Korea !!

At the first moment you arrive in this restaurant the waiters give you a pleasant feeling. Very friendly crew, it is a nice restaurant to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. tasty cuisine, professional chef de cuisine, reasonable pay and excellent service. Highly recommended.
Decided to try Bonchon in Glenview. We ordered the bulgogi sliders, spicy wings, garlic soy wings, cole slaw, seasoned fries, and radish. Everything was fresh. The sliders were seasoned well, and complimented with spicy mayo, cucumber, slaw. The wings were crispy and brushed with flavor. Every thing we tasted was delicious. We'll be back!
Yesterday was the first time we visited this restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the excellent service, with the magnificent cooking and wine and with the friendly charge. We will definitely go back there soon.
The short ribs and the dumplings were absolutely delicious. Popular place so there was a bit of a wait due to the reduced seating capacity.
