Hi,I wanted to evaluate my Bachelor and Master's certificates.But,i forgot to bring my higher secondary school certificate.What you called an Associate certificate.Therefore,is that ok to evaluate with my Bachelor and Master's certificate? And how much should i pay for that?Do i have to come in person or how to make an appointment ? Thanks,good luck.

NEW CUSTOMERS AND FUTURE PLEASE READ!!!!I I thought why not share my experience with Globe Language Service. I actually read the comments but decided to give them a chance. It’s 7/15/20 my documents went out on 7/6/20 with USPS on priority mail which I extra paid and they are still in transit. Contacted Globe Service thinking they are trained and experienced in this type of trouble and the only solution was to email documents to my school. Be mindful school policies on important documents are strict they only accept hard paper duplicate documents. I myself contacted the USPS since no one will have the time to help me and see what is going on with my documents. Until today I have not heard from their customer service but the very first time I contact them they were so eager to charge me and making sure I agree their total final cost which was 290. Communication was so sharp and I liked that in the beginning. It feels like they just wanted to take my money. Nobody has really looked into my case, total disappearance from their end. I was able to open a case with USPS and they have contacted me and they have called me. All I gotta say make sure you make your research and find other places. I expected so much from their end. Total disappointment I just hope my documents don’t get lost. I will probably lose my mind.

I would give them 0 stars but it is not possible. They did the worst service and never contacted me back after I complained. When I complained again recently they said that it was too late and they will charge me again for a work that was rejected in the first place. I talked to Ximena who even laughed at me over the phone, and she said that the supervisor will contact me soon. It's been more than two weeks and I am still waiting. Please, do not do your evaluations here. Don't waste your time and money. I posted the email I sent Ximena. You can see the date I contacted you, and you never bother to correct or fix the poor job you did. You can also see the date on the e-mail . You are only good at charging money!
