Loved the store! It opened about a month ago. At the entrance, I was handed a map to the different display areas--Disney, DC, Marvel, etc. The map also has a price list on the back. There are staff members milling about always ready to answer questions. Visitors are encouraged to take photos. Restrooms are clean!

WOW, not only for the little kids but big kids too! The staff make this place, draw you in and let you explore. Loved the staff demonstrations, totally amazing, so much to see. But be warned not cheap, it's certainly all about the experience. Well worth a visit.

Employee took over an hour break when the sign same be back at 5:10pm on a 15min break they put that sign up well before 645pm I am still waiting...........it is now 5:25 as I’m writing this

The woman who works at the store is very rude. Was waiting outside as my brother was shopping and she went outside hounding me wondering what I was doing. Also was watching my brother from the outside of the store. I will never spend my money here due to uncomfortable treatment.

Oddly enough, this was the first stop on my recent guided food tour. It was a pleasant diversion from hunger. Don't hesitate to play with the decor. Open the drawers. Read from the Inbox. This is one store that provides more than goods -- it's actually fun to play here. Oh, what do they sell?
