This company is so mismanaged and rude on the phone. The food was awful and rotten but I wanted to give it another chance since deliveries are challenging right now. They were charging me for two separate orders, there is nowhere on your website to update your order despite the fact that is says there is. When I called to have the second order canceled, the guy on the phone yelled at me, told me that what I was reading on his website was wrong event though it was on his website, said he was gonna cancel both of my orders and then hung up on me. He canceled my order and continued to send me completely unnecessary emails attacking me. If you would like a high quality, but local company that is very respectful during customer service, I highly recommend Chef Collective.
