Great customer service, The owner and staff are top notch. Very personable and friendly. Being 55 some shops don’t want to sell you what you’re looking for. Even though I was racing before they were born. Bought a Yeti and Pivot this week, love the bikes and service. Will continue to do business with them.

Chris built me a custom Tallboy and it’s unlike anything I’ve ridden to date. These guys are so quick and easy to work with. They carry most of the highest performing brands in the industry & they love what the do. I’ll be back next year for another one!
I called to see if you had any Scott bicycles in stock. Zoe answered the phone and replied very rudely to me. He said since we are not a Scott dealer then no goodbye. I was going to ask about some other bikes but after being treated like that I will be shopping elsewhere. Thanks Zoe hope your day gets better.
Great crew, great inventory.
They were super helpful and knowledgeable, but as I was looking at a new bike they had two people on the floor who wouldn't give me the time of day and after seeing me there walked back into the office. I had to go and get them and when I needed someone who knew more it was like pulling teeth to get him out of the office. Once he was out he was super knowledgeable helpful but I could tell that he wasn't super interested in spending time with me because I don't look like I could afford the bike that I was looking at. This is a big issue with a lot of bike shops where the bikes cost 3,000 plus dollars and so if you don't fit their image of what you should be driving or how you should look to purchase this bike you tend to not get the time of day
Excellent, friendly, customer service. Good selection and not condescending with their not as informed customers. Bought my bike from another larger chain of bike stores in the valley but my wife already has benefited from Go-Ride and I will too with my next major purchase. For now they will be doing my servicing. Thank you Zo.
Im not the biggest fan of the brands they sell, but they always treat me and my wife right. When my wife was looking for a bike, we came here and it was the only shop that tried selling HER a bike, and not selling me a bike on her behalf. They really know their stuff, and always do proper work on my bike.
Great shop, knowledgeable staff, detailed work and solid selection of products.
