I love how Mr. Micheal Atwood is always there for me and my family no matter what day or time it is he will always respond and take care of my situation in a matter of minutes he’s very respectful and me and my children love him and the owner me and my children love this property and keep it up my children is finally able to play outside and is safe!! My wife and I recently just moved to Minneapolis, MN from Huntsville, AL. We dealt directly with Michael Atwood and he was very helpful in assisting us in with our move. Even though we were states away, we ended up finding the perfect house thanks to Michael. He was very responsive and professional and set us up with an easy transition to Minneapolis by setting us up in a really great neighborhood.

Michael Atwood is our current property manager. So responsive and respectful. With previous management under Renter’s Warehouse, I had a terrible time having frequent issues solved. It was a phone call labyrinth to even find the right person to talk to. Anytime I’ve contacted Michael, specifically, with a concern, I’ve sent an email directly and had my concerns addressed quickly and personally. I know who’s doing the footwork and taking care of us. The rest of Goal Property staff has been helpful, too and it feels like every department has good knowledge of the simple steps to get answers or get tasks done. Thank you!
Very responsive and excellent customer service, got us into our house smoothly and quickly. Michael Atwood was very helpful throughout the whole process! I was hesitant at first to work with this company after seeing past reviews but they were nation wide, after seeing the reviews and good work from the mn location and Michael, I was much less hesitant and happy to had worked with them to get all this in place.
Recently rented from GOAL and it has been a very smooth process. The property manager, Michael Atwood, is always quick to reply and answer all of my questions as they have popped up. We greatly look forward to our time as tenants here!
Based on previous reviews over the last few years, I was a little apprehensive going into my new lease with this company, but new management has absolutely turned this place around. I worked with Michael Atwood, and thanks in no small part to his professionalism and responsiveness, I went from application to keys-in-hand in less than a week (and during the holidays, no less)! There was quite a bit of paperwork, more even than I’ve dealt with for leases in NY and SF, but Michael was extremely helpful in talking me through each agreement and assuaged all my concerns. Taking these initial interactions into account, Michael and team are absolutely deserving of five stars, and I look forward to being their tenant.
