I have a 6 month old microwave that just stopped heating. I called Whirlpool warranty service and ended up with a scheduled house call from Acfast. The house call was scheduled for two weeks away, so I called Acfast directly to see if I could bring my microwave to them instead. They said that would be great, to possibly allow them to diagnose and repair sooner. Sure enough, a week later my microwave was repaired (a loose internal wire), and back on my wall. All three receptionists that I spoke with were very friendly and hospitable, and answered all my questions without me feeling like I was a bother. Will add this company to my list of go-to establishments. Thank you!

I called them for an odd washing machine problem, they diagnosed it quickly and fixed it perfectly. Very respectful of my house & property in the middle of the pandemic, and even though I had to reschedule, no complaints or problems. I would recommend them highly.
Glad I found Acfast. Had problems with a new Whirlpool refrigerator. They took over where Whirlpool failed and fixed the issues. Great service nd really helped us out. 5 star company.
Finding Acfast was awesome ! We had a continuing icing problem in our Whirlpool lower freezer unit. Another repair company had come to the house twice and the third time they wanted to change all the gaskets on the doors that is when i had had enough. I Called Acfast they sent out Dan he had it diagnosed in no time and ordered the part . The new part has been in several months now and working flawlessly. I would definitely recommend them.
