Very Unprofessional and EXTREMELY unhappy with the service. One star is even too generous. I am not sure where to even begin. When I first was making the reservation for my wedding I had to call multiple times just to get a call back - I should have known then, but their reviews were good so I was willing to keep trying. When I went to edit my reservation (extend by 1 hour - more money for them), my account manager was so hard to get ahold of that I finally asked to work with someone else. The day of the wedding, my guests were picked up and taken to the venue. On the way, my guests reported that \they thought they were going to die\ - sounded dramatic to me until I learned more. Apparently the bus didn't have a working defroster for the windshield and my elderly grandfather sat on the steps of the bus to wipe the windshield as the driver drove (picture below). It didn't stop there. My guests finally arrived (late but it was raining) however the bus driver proceeded to include herself in the wedding. Helping herself to our food and beverages. That I wasn't expecting but was happy to provide. I had extended my reservation for PICKUP to be AT 11:00PM - the bus driver started going around telling our guests that the bus was leaving at 10:15pm - when I heard, I went to speak with her to clarify that departure was at 11:00pm. She told me no and that she had a party to go to (extremely unprofessional) and was leaving at 10:15pm. Given most of my guests used the provided transportation, the party ended early even though I paid extra for the venue, bartenders, and dj to go until 11pm. After she got everyone on the bus, she approached me demanding a tip - I was completely thrown off guard. To keep the peace (as she was extremely rude) I gave her 50 to ensure my guests had a enjoyable ride back. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! GOGO Charters refuses to give our small non-profit, Concerned Parents Alliance/College Bound Programs, back our deposit and answer our emails and phone calls! Your actions are seen as profiting off of the vulnerable populations during this pandemic! We had planned a college tour with our youth and parents and had to cancel due to the pandemic. Yet, GOGO Charters refuses to give us back our money! It's not fair to the children! Why are you taking advantage of a small non-profit that needs every dime?

This bus experience was amazing! It was brand new! The air conditioning was awesome as well as the TVs The bus driver was very professional in what he did and it was an overall comfortable experience!

Trip was through GOGO Charters and they were very simple to book with. Quote was electronic and I was able to book it online. Price and rate was nice and the bus was on time and very clean

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! After hiring them for our daughter wedding to transport our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue, we found out they hired a third party to provide the service. This was not explained to us. The experience was awful and service terrible! On the first trip to the venue, the bus broke down in front of the wedding site! Not only did the majority of our guest have to drive themselves to the wedding but.. THE BUS WAS IN EVERY PHOTO of my husband walking my daughter down the aisle!!!! Including everyone else in the wedding party. The bus was eventually fix and able to take some guest home but the majority had to drive their cars back. After spend 2000 on this service, we did not get an apology that night...we did not get a call after the date and WORST of all, when we called to report these very upset problems to the company.. they did not apologize and insulted us with an offer to return 100 !!!! Please be aware if you plan to trust this company with your event or loved ones!!!
