Went in and specifically asked for fed ex and said I did not want my package shipped via usps to Chicago because of high rate of loss in packages and was also told they would email me a confirmation with my tracking which didn't happen until I called the next day asking and then discovered it was handled through usps.... now my friend never got her gift yet someone else in Chicago did. I would not recommend this location as I felt like it was a bit unorganized and the young man helping me didn't listen to me what so ever and then upon my call requesting the tracking info and questioned why it went usps he got an attitude with me.

Great spot and great staff. I'll happily continue to do business with. Dont bother listening to the petty remarks people have about the place as it's clearly not this businesses problem. Need something shipped professionally, go to goin postal.

I've had a mailbox here for years. Great customer service! I get a lot of packages that need signatures and I never worry that a deliver will be missed because I'm not home. Notary service, fax all taken care of quickly and easily. Good folks.

I took a box in there to be weighed with the different shipping options given. The cheapest one was like 80! Said no thanks, entered the weight on the USPS click and ship site, selected to use my own box, cost me 30 bucks to get it there. Just had to print out the label and take it to the post office myself. For 50 bucks saved I'll do that.
