I rarely write an online review, but I LOVE Gold Protective Systems. Richard and his team did an excellent job installing the system in my office building last year. Service has been excellent. Even better, they are saving me over 60% from the last company I used, a very large company who were constantly raising rates. The Company has been very responsive and efficient when we needed changes made to the system. I highly recommend their services.

Affordable and top quality! Rich came to our house and explained the products and service efficiently, and clearly. He made it easy for anyone to understand. The install was fairly quick, maybe 3 hours total with one person. We have a small house so we didn't need much. But we paid for some add-ons which work great as well. I set off the alarm accidentally at first, and the call center was on top of it. So far so good, and we couldn't be happier with GPS!
Service was great. Rich, the adviser, took his time explaining how the system worked, and answered all of our questions. Recently, my alarm was accidentally set off, and the monitoring service called within seconds to make sure everything was OK. I'd highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with my experience with Rich as well as the installation process. The installer was neat , polite, and very informative. I have since sent Rich to my duaghter's condo for installation.
I am not happy with there business practices,i have been having problems with the service since may 2015 and they said they would look into it and they have not done anythig to fix the problem ,but they continue to send bills every month .When i told them to cancel ,they said i couldnt because i had a contract,which i know i didnt so i asked them to send me a copy and they sent me a fake contract with the wrong date and year and something i didnt sign,and they continue to bill me Just cancel my account and stop sending me bills dating back from may of 2015 I complained to the BBB also And hopefully this will make them realize they cant take advantage of consumers.
