Our transmission gave out on us in Goleta on our way home to Oxnard from Pismo beach. I believe the drivers name was Dan or Daniel and we’d like to thank him very much for making us feel at ease and comfortable about our situation. He was very kind, professional, social and made our ride home very pleasant. Great driver!!! Safety safety safety P.S i really hope i got his name right so he can get the recognition he deserves. Terrible business and dishonest management. My car was towed while I was out of town and I was never notified that it was. Due to this I had to pay 900 for it being stored there for 6 days. After paying, we found that the front tire was popped. After bringing this up with the manager on duty, she denied that it could possibly be their fault and said it was probably due to the car’s bumper poking puncturing it. But after talking to the tow truck drivers directly, they admitted that they popped it. We also found later that the entire right side of the car was dented and this left the passenger door unable to open. In the process of filing a suit for the damages right now. EDIT: In response to the reply, nothing was fixed except the tire. This business and all of these responses to their terrible reviews are nothing but lies.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced was the GLORIA. Not only did she question as to whether the complaint that I made about her servicing man leaving the scene was actually valid but she blatantly claimed I was not telling the truth. This was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced seeing as I was simply informing her of a wrongdoing I felt was done by their establishment. I hope this matter is met wit urgency so that no one else has to experience such mistreatment.
Had an ETA of an hour, Fredrick arrived in less than half that. I had never changed a tire before and he took the time to patiently teach me step by step and let me get some hands on experience. All in all, amazing customer service. Thanks again!
Must be nice to have exclusive contracts with the CHP so you can exploit tax payers with hyper inflated prices.
