Can I give 10 stars?? They are the best to work with through and through. From start to \finish\. I use quotations because there is no finish when you partner with Good Faith Energy. Sales team is transparent and you know exactly what you are getting. They are changing the status quo around the solar scams that have been out there. The installation team is the best in the industry and works with you when you are very particular about the installation (like I was). They even do a QA/AC post-install walkthrough to make sure everything is buttoned up and really listen to the customer on what they liked and didn't like. Then take that feedback and learn how to improve on the next install. Everyone is extremely personable and the CEO, Mo, puts his whole heart into this company.

Charles came out to provide us a quote for getting our Tesla home charging station set up. He did a great job! He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get our electric panel configured properly to allow us to add the charging station without having to put in a new panel. While he was here, he also helped fix one electrical issue we had with one of our outlets - at no extra charge.

She probably wished I didn’t have her cell, but I wanted to make sure we were making the right decision in such a big investment, and she eased every concern I had. Derek and the rest of the Good Faith Team were easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional. Members of the crew wore masks when my wife or I were around, and they had a good attitude throughout the install. They were able to complete the install much faster than their original timeline.
