Not quite sure how this agency is rated 5 stars. I called yesterday and I still haven't gotten a call back.I informed the gentleman that answered the phone that I had an urgent need he promised someone would get right back to me and no one has called me back yet! Your agency just lost a 34-hour a week contract.

In my work I have the opportunity to interact with several home care agencies. What impressed me about this one is their consistancy with staff and the professionalism and follow up of their team. That really means alot when looking for a dependable care company...thumbs up!
