Nice Bicycle trial, all paved, mostly flat, some hills. Round trip is 20 miles. There a couple of roadway you must cross. Found this gopher tortoise on the trial! The US foresters were doing some localized under growth burn on the day we rode,just a little smokey, no biggie. Would definitely recommend. We are new to Bicycle riding and we are in are 60s and we made it.

This trail starts in Brooksville and connects directly to the withlacoochie trail. The scenery is very varied and it has some nice hills (for Florida). It is 10 miles to the withlacoochie and from there one can proceed north to Floral City and have lunch. Great resource.

Newly developed cycling trail which starts beside the Train Depot Museum in Brooksville and runs 10 miles east to meet up with the Withlacoochee State Trail.
