When I walked into the good space location to look for availability for the stretch therapy studio I was greeted by an amazing representative of the business. She gave me contact information and also she advised her boss to call me about an availability on a space that with located in the general area of the bishop arch district. When her boss her arrogant boss called me he was very unhelpful an extremely impatient with any questions. He advised me that space wasn't available and then he said goodbye as I was asking him some additional questions. When you are running a business you need to be able to communicate properly. So I hope that this feedback will be a lesson to the business to open your lines of communication and answer questions that are asked or want to be asked or get ahead of the question. And be helpful not rude.
