I didn't think I would ever have to write a bad review on Goodwill, but here I am doing just that. My husband just \attempted\ to dropped off a bag of pants at the Hermitage Goodwill and had an unacceptable experience. The cars were lined out at the drop line, so instead of waiting in the backed up traffic jam, he parked his truck, got out and delivered the bag of clothing to the gentleman standing outside. On his was back to his truck a woman came rushing out of the store yelling at him that he can't do that, you need to get back in line, you cant do that, she yelled multiple times. Well first of all, the last time I checked, those clothes that were being dropped off pay the wages of those working there. Second, if you don't want the bag of pants that are worth around 100 to your store, that is fine, we can take them else where. My husband told her, no problem , if you don't wan them, I don't have to leave them. He took the bag of clothes and left. Goodwill, you need to find this lady, and tell her that her wages are being paid by the FREE items that are being dropped off and she needs to adjust her attitude. Thank you to the gentleman who were working outside and were thanking me and trying to calm that crazy woman down.

This goodwill is always really organized, clean , and staff is friendly. Normally I don't make it in until almost close but today I finally got in on time. They have a very large book selection which is amazing !
I have been in many Goodwills and this one is one of the best ones. They have a variety of items and prices are reasonable. They were very courteous and helpful.
