I was referred to Blue Utopia Pool Service by another pool service guy who said they are fantastic and since he's downsizing his route, that's who he is referring existing customers to. I called and Kurt, owner, picked up immediately. We set an appointment for the next day. Kurt knew I had dogs and came with dog treats in hand! We reviewed what i was dissatisfied with in my last pool service and what they provide. The billing was set up via email and a website with several options to pay in less than 24 hours. Within 48 hours, my pool tech arrived. He thoroughly cleaned the pool and checked my equipment. He sent an email report onsite with a picture and told me what was performed and the status of my pool equipment and ph balance of my pool. Actual time was spent and not a cut the corners drive by like I had in the past! Their prices are very reasonable and I'm very pleased I switched. I wish I would have known about them sooner. I highly recommend Blue Utopia and am a very happy customer!

Blue Utopia Pools, have been very responsive to our needs. We have had many \pool service\ companies in the past. But, our pool issues just continued, after many expensive repairs that \others\ said would fix the issues? I talked to Kurt about the issues we were having. He immediately came over and took a look. Gave me a competitive price for the maintenance on our pool. Our technician is always on time and very friendly. We receive an email with the pool conditions and a picture of our pool. If there is another issue, when I call Kurt - he will come to take a look - within a couple hours - even after hours. Never is there an issue that he hasn't addressed and fixed. NOW, for the issue that we had with the pool. The issues continued with our pool - Kurt was over numerous times addressing the issue - but not telling us we need to drain the pool or fix something - he just continued to work hard. He finally found the issue and our pool looks wonderful now. We have no issues and everyone with Blue Utopia Pools are very friendly. Couldn't be any better or more responsive to our needs..... All this at a lower \over-all\ cost than any other company that we have hired.
