Had been to other ENT’s in the area and they never resolved my problem until I went to Dr Gordon. He found my problem, did my surgery and resolved issues I had for years. His assistant Kate is well trained and wonderful as well. I can’t speak highly enough about this office except to refer anyone I meet who is looking for the BEST!

I went for a consultation, expecting to pay my regular co-pay amount. During the consultation they performed a \procedure\ which is billed separately. I was not properly informed that this was no longer part of the consultation and a different classification of service. As a result I received a surprise bill from this practice for 150. I called to discuss this with the office manager, but I was not treated like a valued customer at all. It was an unpleasant interaction. I was later contacted by a representative of the billing agency for this practice. They were much more courteous. They apologized and corrected the unexpected charge. While I appreciate that they made this right, I was not happy with my experience and would not go back.

Wonderful staff...extremely informative & helpful. It wasn’t the usual here are the results what do you want to do?? They explained my hearing loss & what’s the causes & ways to prevent further damage. They also took the time to explain everything to my wife. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone needing help.

Love this place! Discovered Dr. Gordon after I had sinus surgery with another doc. I wish I had discovered him before. His staff is fantastic. They move patients along at a great pace- not too fast. They are thorough and professional. When my daughter was told she needed her tonsils out, we took her to see Dr. Gordon. He, unlike others, was not quick to grab the scalpel. He treated her with a natural ENT probiotic, and she was able to avoid surgery. We have been thrilled with him for years now. Highly recommend.
