Great job! One correction in his writeup -- I actually do not know when I will move if I do..- a slight misunderstanding.. I opined that the pipe seemed ok for at least another year; and at most a few more years. His work was done professionally; and he was courteous wearing plastic shoe coverings prior to entering and reentering the premises. Very pricey; but, results achieved.

Chris is wonderful he is very knowledgeable super accommodating. He understands the clients perspective. He is professional and tentative. The customer service is always great. We try to request Chris when ever we can. But anyone that comes has always been good.

Absolutely would recommend and Mike D. is incredible. If you get the chance to work with him, do so. Everyone I met from Jones was wonderful. We had an obstruction in our sewer line which upon removing uncovered other structural issues. This seemed daunting at first to find out but Mike laid it out very easily for us to understand and gave honest opinion/ options to address the faulty sewer lines and poor plumbing design in the house. Not at all did I ever feel swindled or pressured. We also were able to finance the work and claim discounts (including military) which helped us so much. The work was done in just three days and was not intrusive at all. It was professionally executed and everyone was beyond helpful. Thank you so much Mike and to Jones.
