My family has used this funeral home since my grandfather passed in 1993, when I was a young child. They were really great, THEN. I used this service when my grandmother passed in 2008, still great service. In January of this year, my sister (36) passed and we had to throw together a service. They were very nice in setting things up, I asked about getting my sister’s thumbprint for my niece and was told I would be give that information with the death certificate. She’s still waiting. As you can see. I had to wait weeks for the ashes, which nobody called about. The receptionist said my sister’s assures sat in a closet for days. Then, nobody knew that I needed death certificates. Now, 10 months later, when my sister would’ve been 37, I STILL can’t get Chip to call me or email me about the thumbprints. I had to order the death certificates and autopsies on my own. Seems like once they are paid, they are done. I will NEVER use them again. There’s a new, better service provider being opened in the area by a friend I went to school with anyway. I’m sure they would at least email me. I’ve left phone and email for literally months. What options do I have?!

I’ll start by saying how wonderful the entire team is here - losing a baby isn’t easy, but they made the process of cremation and loss so comforting and special. I would recommend them for the care of anyone’s loved one. A special, heartfelt, thank you to Bobby and Jolene at the Graham location for taking care of us.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rich & Thompson Funeral Home in Graham. With the death of my infant first born child in 2015, I didnt know if I was coming or going or even still alive myself. They took care of everything. I was in no mental or financial state arrange anything. God will bless them greatly for all that they did for me & my daughter.
