Dean helped me out today and turned what started out as a bad situation into a good one. I had some difficulty using Grainger online and was shipped the wrong product because the website showed an incorrect picture. I was kind of irritated because I had to pay 10 for the shipping and then still ended up having to drive down to the store in Salt Lake City to return the item. Dean returned my item and worked hard to find the one that suited my needs best. He was friendly the entire time and I could tell that he really cared about helping me.

Great place to buy power tools. They also offer paint accessories, adhesives, industrial cleaning supplies. Also safety accessories, test instruments, electrical stuff and so on. Staff is kind.and helpful, if you are looking for this types of products this is the place to visit. Very recommended!
I placed an order on the web last night and went to pick it up today around 3:30pm. I was greeted by a very kind associate standing out in the cold to ask for my order number so they could bring it to my car. I was impressed, and to be honest, didn't know quite what to do since I wasn't expecting this level of service so I awkwardly stood there and within a minute my order was in my hands. That's service!
Some how they lost my order when I went to pick it up. They promised me they'd ship it to me and it arrived perfect. It wasn't a critical item that was urgent but was just as a back up. They took care of me and everything was fine.

This place is not the cheapest, in fact, it is usually one of the most expensive. Nevertheless, they will almost always have what you need today. This was the case for me today. Luckily what I needed wasn't a large item.

Don't go to Grainger and expect to have counter help. Right now it's pick up only. "WillCall". They will take your name and # and call you back but who knows when. Just call , order , and either go there and pick it up or have it delivered to your house. There's a bright side to things least you won't have to take the number!!!
