The board keeps getting new people and they all want to change some aspect of the bylaws that were never meant to be changed, there is a clause in the original copy of the bylaws that says so, that is conveniently missing from the paperwork they currently hand out. And to top it all off they have recently hired a property management firm to run the development for them.
