Although I have never had a bill to pay CMS personally, I have dealt with them regarding a third person. The business practices of this company is no better than a den of rattle snakes or Scrooge before his revelation. They do not care about people or other businesses. They have no compassion & no understanding. They only care about getting their 50% of the debts. Yep, they keep at least 50%. If an employer sends a garnishment check and it arrives late because of the mail, they charge the employer a fee. If a debtor is paying the debt personally, they will still take the debt to court and order a wage garnishment. There is absolutely nothing good to say about Credit Management Services, Inc.

I will leave no star they do not track payments very rude will compromise on payments. Quick to take to court even if effort has been made to pay debt should be ashamed of themselves

They were supposed to send me an itemized bill at the beginning of September & then sent it out at the beginning of November to the wrong address, they sent to physical not mailing. Since I never got it, it wasn’t paid. Now I’m being sued because they screwed up!! Pathetic leeches!

They took me to court, made half a payment then not a week later they send out a garnishment letter to me and my place of employment. I made a payment in full on that same day i received the letter. They sent me a confirmation letter and to my place of employment. Long and behold, they kept garnishing me yet I've already paid them. Question is, if they sent a confirmation letter to my place of employment, then the garnishment should've stopped. I called to make a complaint and the woman on the other end hanged up on me. To this day April 2 2020 i haven't received my over payment money back. I told them i have bills to pay plus I've already make a payment in full, i don't owe you anything. They keep garnishing my check. What sould i do?
