I received a gift card for this store. I wish I did not have to shop at the store, but had no other choice. The other reviewers here are correct. They are over the top on the mask thing. I am fully vaccinated, yet was forced to put on a mask. Fine, I put it on. Very quickly, I was surrounded by at least 5 employees - 2 managers. They told me I had to put on their mask. I asked why they were all around me if they were so afraid of COVID. Some of them scurried off. The only way to get service to use my gift card for shoes, was to sit outside in a chair to try on shoes.They have permanently lost a customer.

Super wonderful and knowledgeable staff! Got great new insight, shared cool stories with Nathan and ended up with a new sleeping bag I'm excited to try out! Ward helped me figure out a compact, easy-to-use coffee system; we took the parts out to figure just how to use it, and chatted about the importance of lessening our plastic use. Super great conversations and very friendly folks at the front door and checkout! Love visiting from Gunnison whenever I can!
Never going to shop here again! On a year of record breaking camping and outdoor sports. REI somehow doesn't make any money!?!?! Was promised a 10% dividend check when we purchased items from REI. So my wife and I bought mtn bikes, racks, camping gears, lights, yetis, etc all totalling 4978.16. And REI was good enough to give me a 24.00 gift card. Not the 500 Reward we were hoping for. Looking back, could have purchased most of i online and saved 1800. Man was I wrong in thinking RRI was a good financial decision. You Suck!. Never going here again.
REI always has what I need. I love pulling up to a town that had one. It's usually one of the first places I head to for our outdoor needs.
Kind, wonderful staff just like every REI. Big store with great selection!
