Watch you mail very carefully and document all of your calls with this company. They will passively enroll you in their MMP product taking away your traditional Medicare benefits. The letter says you can opt out but we did, twice and they still enrolled my loved one against her wishes. When you speak with them they are very polite but that is just to get you off the phone. I have spoken to other families that have loved ones on Amerigroup and been told this is a common business practice for Amerigroup. They are nice, do nothing and then claim you never opted out. I was called last Wednesday by a case manager from Amerigroup asking me to call in again to change her back to traditional Medicare. I told her at that point I am done talking with Amerigroup and they needed to call me to resolve this issue. Nothing was done again. I am contacting an attorney, Texas Senators, the OIG, local news and every person I can find that does business with this company. This is fraud, theft and misleading business practices.

UMMM YEA HELLO I ALREADY TOLD YOU 3 TIMES WHAT I NEEDED. SO I ASKED TO BE TRANSFERED OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE AND SAYS \MY PLEASURE\ WITH A SARCASTIC VOICE AND CLICKS. WHAT A JERK. MAKE SURE THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DONT GET ALL JERKY WHEN THEY CANT DO THERE JOB.

I reported a doctor two time 2 doctors they didnt look in to it they dont care. Bad service.

Used to be good, but called to report a bad doctor and they didn't really look into it, just took the doctors word and lied about what a contract said, Angela Y. Primeaux evidentially can't read a simple contract, and lies constantly, I could tell the first time she called she was not going to help, and a week later she finally confirmed my suspicion that she is another broken cog in the wheel of the corrupt insurance and government game. It was simple, inform a doctor that doing tests without explicit consent is illegal when there is a fee associated with it, that's all I asked, was that the contract be enforced and the insurance fraud be reported.
