I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Caron and his amazing team. Each and every team member is caring and supportive. I recommended them to my two grown sons and they both go there now too. If you are looking for a top-notch place to go where you aren’t treated like a number, this is it. I am so thankful for this team. They are a true blessing.
My appointment with Dr. Caron went well. However, I received a phone call from the staff about my X-ray results. The problem is that I already knew the results from the X-rays while I was there seeing Dr. Caron. The staff member told me on the phone that my X-rays showed nothing wrong. That was not true. I have a torn rotary cuff and arthritis in my hip. I asked her about the results from my bloodwork and she put me on hold to find out the results. I don't like knowing that my charts are not showing the correct information.
They don't have enough stars on this rating for this wonderful Doctor!!!! He listens, evaluates, and makes the best medical judgments case by case. He & his staff have been nothing but nice to my Son & I. I have some serious health conditions which can be life threatening, and Dr. Caron knows his limits when it comes to my care. He will always refer me to a specialist if my situation is beyond his scope, which I respect & appreciate. I keep him in the loop, & keep the lines of communication open So that ALL Doctors are on the same page about my care. For those of you with negative reviews, perhaps it's best that you've decided to search for another physician, that Free's up more time for his dedicated patients whom trust & believe in him. .
As a former patient at NHGQIM I do not desire to speak badly of them, but when I discovered Dr. Caron was not providing me with quality medical care I chose to find a medical facility that will. Please choose wisely for your medical care too.
