Still looking to buy a swingset but Brian was very professional and helpful. We happened to stop by after they were closed and he was kind enough to answer our questions and take time to give us pricing and catalog. Amazing customer service!
I was there last month and all staff were wearing masks and were distancing. I was there last night again. No staff on the inside of the building were wearing masks. I left to wait outside for someone who was free to help me and Someone came outside he was not wearing a mask at close distance. I told him that I would prefer he wear a mask for our conversation and he waved me back and said “you just need to step back”. I was not impressed and felt very dismissed by this response. He did wave down another sales person to assist me after w few minutes who was wearing a mask who was kind and helpful. I will not be supporting this business again. I felt very dismissed and found the lack of personal protection in regards to its customers disrespectful in this time.
When I stopped in the other day to look at patio furniture, several of the staff did not have masks on at all, others were half-hearted in their mask use. I left, troubled by their disregard for customers’ safety and the law. I will not return.
Good service, quality merchandise, picked out gift Saturday, was delivered on Monday, just as promised. Would definitely recommend this store!
