Great shop with a knowledgeable mechanic, reasonable pricing, fast turnaround, and great customer service. My father broke his rear hub and Gravity Worx replaced it in less than 24 hours. They laced his wheel up strong and true. I won't hesitate to bring my bike in whenever I need maintenance.

I just received my Gravity Worx SuperComp carbon wheels and TRW Active 12speed drive train. Super nice costumer service with an intense amount of knowledge and riding experience. Wheels are to die for! Simply beautiful! WORKS OF ART! the hubs, from gravity Worx as well look amazing! I chose the black. Super tight engagement, and they spin forever. TRW shifter and derailleur look and feel stout. The cable routing is ingenious! The 12 speed cassette is a one piece super lightweight but feels incredibly strong! Shifts like a dream. Thank you Taber! For all you knowledge and design skills. I LOVE THEM. Fred Sanchez.

On 9-22-18, I detoured through Los Alamos on the GDMBR with two other friends. My friends needed protection from the New Mexico goat heads. Ryan quickly hooked them up by sliming their ECR Surly's and BoB tires. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went over and beyond in his services. In fact, he drove us 14 miles the next day near the Valle Grande Trailhead in the Valles Caldera National Preserve area. We tried to compensate him for his free time & hospitality, but he refused to take any money. We had to force him to at least let us pay for his gas. Thanks Ryan for being our Trail Angel! You rock.
