I've never met a place that is not understanding, I work in healthcare and schedules can be random or things happen you know? During COVID my job has been pretty much on a day to day, I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and a coworkers had a family emergency and asked me to cover her shift, I called to cancel my appointment and they didn't ask what happened they just told me they are still going to charge me the 50 holding fee because I was only giving them 21 hours instead of 24. I expected some leniency or understanding about the circumstance but I got none of that. It was just crazy, I most likely won't call back to reschedule my bridal appointment here.
