Not pleasant. I spoke to sales person on the phone and told him I was on my way. He said, the person at counter would be able to assist. I was greeted kindly by the person at the counter, who said he was limited to the product I was looking for and that I needed to speak to person who I spoke on the phone. They had me wait and after a 10 min., I was told the person was too busy to see me. They gave me the his contact information and was asked to email my request. That was not acceptable, especially if I made the effort to drive to the location. I could have easily saved an hour of travel time.

Is place that electrician and other tech are looking for supply thier component needs, is small place, there wasn't enough products that I can say, uh they have alot, but beside that is clean, plenty parking space.

Worst service recieved in the US. I work with graybar around the country, these guys are not helpful, no initiative for anything. I'm looking forward to finishing project here in Miami to avoid dealing with them.
